Over a year ago this was a nice thread - look into the archives.
What I learnt from this was filling via the top (after removing the cap) can
be a good method.
It is less messy than the way I filled the rack via the boots using a
seringe with fuel line and moving the rack all the time. My MG mechanic
fills it via the cap all the time.

Be carefull not to overfill. The oil might harm the boots.
