Tuning the Frankenstein Engine

My 1967 MGB has a later 18V motor (18V672Z-L26266) with the heads, carbs, 
and (I think) the distributor that would have been from the original 18GB 
motor.  Below is all of the tuning data I can find for both engines, what 
numbers should I tune the car with?  Thanks Patton

* 18V (672ZL) Engine - 850 RPM
