Tartan Red is probably the "reddest" red of the MGB paint colors, as opposed
to orange, burgundy, maroon, etc. I don't know that I've ever seen a Tartan
Red GT, so that would be unusual. Red roadsters are pretty common.

First, check the wiring and ground path for continuity. If that doesn't
work...
1. Remove horn
2. Place on solid surface (heavy wooden workbench, stump, butcher block)
3. Strike solidly with non-metallic blunt instrument in the center of the
case (not the bell)
4. Repeat
5. Test in car
Seriously, this broke loose my "stuck" horns.
