I agree. I was talking with my 13-year old son the other day, specifically
related to Corvettes - he could not believe that 'back in the day' there
were multiple engine and transmission choices available for most cars....
Of course, these days are not too bad to be a new driver - lots of choices
of powerful, safe, fuel-efficient cars out there from the past 10 years or
so....
