The same as with any part where you have to drill a hole to mount
it. Or for that matter any "racing" application part.
Then again, you could just sell them pre drilled for -1, -2 or -3
degrees.
I suppose it's kind of silly of me to expect people to take
responsibility for their own actions, isn't it.
