Can you wash a car that has just been painted?
<<<snip>>>
I've read that washing a car too soon after painting can cause paint
damage. The paint is too soft and will absorb the moisture and
blister. I'd wait a couple of weeks.

If not, how long should you wait? What about waxing?
<<<snip>>>
You can use a paint cleaner or polisher but not a wax. Again, a wax
will seal the paint, preventing it from drying down. I believe I was
told years ago by the body shop when they sprayed a car for me using
Dupont Centari that I should wait several months before waxing the car.
