I'm not really sure about the ignition relay. But #3 fuse is a distinct 
possibility. I didn't want to pop the hood in my employer's parking lot 
thus lending the myth of unreliable British cars to my co-workers. But when 
I left for lunch, after lowering my top (folding tops do have their 
advantages), I did look at the fuse. Although it appeared intact, it was 
discolored enough to indicate that it may have failed. I noticed too that 
my turn signals were not working.

I didn't have any spare fuses with me either so I'll pick some up at NAPA 
when I get an oil filter for my BGT.
