Tapping-in *before* it takes the solenoid (which passes vacuum to the
distributor in 4th gear i.e. enables it) out of the equation, and as the
solenoid is on the firewall I would have thought it almost as easy to tap in
before it and still only have one pipe over the rocker cover.
