Clausager sez: 74 1/2 model year cars, the first rubber bumper models, had
the same emissions kit from the factory as the 73 and 74 model years. 73
gained an anti-runon valve, 72 had HIFs instead of HSs and low compression,
71 and 70 had the evaporative loss system i.e. charcoal canister. Etc.
75 model year cars had the Zenith.
