Weber downdraft

Hi Steve,
 
I run a Weber downdraft carb on my 72 MGB.  It was installed on the car
when I purchased it 8 years ago. All of the emission equipment has been
removed. It has operated flawlessly under a variety of conditions. I
have put 2000-4000 miles per year on the car with trips up to 300 miles,
and I have had no operating problems. Performance is probably no better
than with properly tuned SU's.
