All. Really rub it in! Unzip all
of the zippers. Make sure that the seats are positioned correctly so that
the head rests are not working against you and the cover. I use WD 40 on
the zippers. It may take some time but eventually the cover should become
more pliable and you should be able to snap it up.

Subject: Tonneau cover stretching
Hi everyone,
I bought a used full tonneau cover for my MGB but I am
having problems fitting it on my car. The cover is in
fantastic shape all around, however it seems to be
about an inch too short from the back of my car to the
snap on the front dash.
I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions on how
to stretch it.
