Mike,
Does your filter protrude from the oil pump itself, or is it the
cannister that connects to oil pump with copper tube?
Engine #14224 is the engine that first received the "later"
filter-attached-horizontally-to-pump, pump.
Does anyone know if "new" pump will fit onto "old" block?
