HIFs are just the same but two full turns of the mixture screw clockwise as
opposed to two full turns of the nuts (which is 12 flats) on HSs.  However
the *starting* position of *both* is flush with the bridge, then two turns
down from there will be close to correct all else being in order, and just
fine tuning from there once the engine is running smoothly with correct
timing and fully warmed.  If you screw them right to the top before doing
the two turns/12 flats down and only *finish* close to flush with the bridge
you will be way too weak.  You will almost certainly need the choke
mechanism functioning for the first start.
