Linda,

Thank you for your bluntness! The Brooklands wheel in my Morgan has cracks
and some bad plating. The recent discussion has been very interesting,
especially in light of my experience with the steering wheel in my Cord. I
got the book and the kit from Eastwood, followed all the intstructions, and
with the epoxy and lots of sanding and painting and it looked beautiful. 18
months later it started to crack again. I am beginning to think that once
the old plastic starts to shrink, it is an irrevocable process.
