Hi Bob,

The last "black crackle" I used came from a local auto parts store.  The
brand name is VHT and their part number for the black wrinkle is
SP-201.  Incidently their SP-181 Aluminum paint does a very nice job on
steel wheels.  Its a polyurethane formulation according to the label.
