Eric,

I conducted the same search to replace the shifter in
my '62 4/4.  I'd heard about the fabled Wooller shifter 
but to date have never seen one.

I did however, acquire a remote shifter extension for
Dave Bean Engineering. From the descriptions I've 
heard for the Wooller, they must be nearly identical.
Bean knows 100E engines and trannies inside out and
they're always actively helpful. Give them a call.
