I can answer this  part, the interior dia  of the tube is the same as the
kingpin. , It should also be noted that the oiler bolt hole at the top of
the kingpin is the same size and threat pitch as the stud at the bottom of
the kingpin.
Thus you screw several old kingpins together and tap this long bar into the
bottom tube ( its a perfect fit). If you want you can do it on the
installment plan by simply screwing the new old kingpin into the old old
kingpin which is in the tube,tap in and look forward to your next kingpin
and bush job to add to your kingpin bank.
