Hi,

just was wondering on sources to repair or replace seat bladders.

I know alot of people have replaced with other mechanisms,

but I was able to simply repair one of mine and am working the other.

took some notes on these original bladders for those interested.

The were made by David Moseley and Sons Ltd, in Manchester, "Never Leak",
'FLOAT-ON-AIR' Cushion Specialist, as written on the orange label.

it has an interesting plug assy with tie of cloth and a rubber o ring
strapped on the outside to help seal it.

Its one continuous tube, folded over 3 inches at each end, with about 80
inches total.

that would be a 25.5 inch tire for a circumference on that order, and its
about a 3 inch diameter inner tube at rest, laid flat its 4.5 inches.

anyone know a motorcycle with that size??26

basically it goes back and forth with five main for and aft sections
about 16 inches long then one goes over the end (13.5inches), (see
picture)

on the stem is says Introflex Regd Pat 202697 . the cross strapping rides
over the sections as they are glued to each other, I imagine they built
these over a set of pegs and glued it inflated to hold it in proper form.

This is important as collapsed, it has a size and shape to allow
placement into the cushion.

I assume the plug/stem was located in the flap area of the seat cover for
adjustment?

They are really quite simple, it seems one could have a batch made of
these, anyone doing this now?
