[oletrucks] chevrolet series number questions

These are from my Restoration Pack:

2wd Suburban Carryall:  3106-16
4wd Suburban Carryall:  3156-66

I don't know if the "-66" is a suffix, if it indicates a range of
numbers, or if it's an alternative to the "-56."  This page also
doesn't specify if it was a Napco or factory.  Were they
different then?  Where do I find a Napco conversion kit for mine?
