      Your master cylinder may not be leaking by.  You may only need to 
     adjust your brakes or bleed them.  To find out if your master cylinder 
     is leaking by, pump up your brakes, then release pressure (remove your 
     foot from the pedal), then reapply only slight pressure.  If your 
     master cylinder is leaking by the pedal will slowly drop to the floor.
      
      Also try removing the rubber boot were your pedal rod enters the 
     master cylinder inspect for fluid.  If you find fluid then you have a 
     seal leaking.
