Good points, well made by Rob. Simply because a company is local or
sells American made tools, does not necessarily mean that they are not
ripping off the consumer. I was anxious to get to work on my engine and
I didn't do as much research as I probably should have. Thanks Rob, for
pointing out some of the flaws in my logic. By the way, I hope no one
took my statements as casting doubts on their loyalty to America if they
purchase tools made elsewhere in the world. It is getting almost
impossible to find American made tools anywhere these days.
Bottom line though, if you are planning on working on your clutch,
flywheel, or bell housing, GET A FLYWHEEL TURNER! It made the job much,
much easier.
