[oletrucks] Rear axle swap 57 to 50

Hello all,

I am looking forward to moving the 261 and 3-speed overdrive transmission
from my '58 Fleetside to my '50 Suburban.  I fellow lister has offered me
the entire rear axle from a '57 Stepside.  Will this axle work as an open
driveline conversion?  Is it the correct width or will it need to be
modified?
