What would be more impressive is if they actually got the order right the
first time.
Nothing ticks me off more than ordering something that hasn't arrived with
the rest of the order.
And, usually, it is the  next item needed in the restoration.
I wish companies would think customer first and use better quality control.
I know they are busy, too. But this is what their business is all about.
I'll get off of the box now.
