If you cut a slot screw it in till it drops out the back. Threads on back
side of hinge are going to be very rusty and could bind again. That's a
reason for replacing bolts with the shortest that works. Fewer exposed
threads to rust and bind.
Alternate way to get bolt out is to weld a nut on the exposed end. The heat
helps break up the rust.
