Rich,

I will look at home tonight for the 261 head casting 
number, I think I have it somewhere. A 261 head may be a 
difficult item to find. But a 235 head will work if 
steam holes are drilled to match those in the 261 block. 
Somebody on the list recently posted how to do this.
