<< .. several of you indicated that the metal flaps over the vent windows should only be found on the drivers side door, but the truck in question actually has them on both sides. >> According to my Master Parts Catalog for 1953, Group 16.179, Deflector, Front Door Ventilator Rain, part 3695155 and 3695156 fit all trucks 1951-53 on left and right respectively. So anyone who has only one side is missing the other; the trucks started out with a pair. Bob ADler oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
