Eric, my "1958 Passenger Car and Truck Accessories Installation Reference
Manual" has the 987454 Backing Lamp Installation Instructions on pages
116-119.  This shows installation for Suburban, Panel and Pickup trucks with
3 speed, Hydramatic and 4 speed.

If you send me a FAX number or address I will send these 4 pages to you, I
don't have a scanner yet.
