[oletrucks] my mistake

Hi All
 when  i posted the results of my trial with the by-pass for the ballast
resistor I mistakenly used the wrong electronics term. Ohms was incorrect, I
belive that ampres should have been the correct term. Sorry for the debate it
created. Of course the important issue for me is that it works.
