[oletrucks] Brakes and relining

I can remember my grandpa getting out the roll of lining and rivets and 
relining his own brake shoes. Is it still possible for the do it yourselfers 
to purchase the relining materials and reline their own brake shoes? If so 
please point me at a retailer as I sure can't find anyone who sells it on the 
internet.
