Jess,
As Jim mentioned the 302's are a rare 'bird, in the "DZ" original form,
more so. A rebuildlable DZ longblock (if complete) is worth in the area of
$3000-$4000.
If all you have is the heads, they will work on a 350, problem is they
probably don't have the accessory holes common to todays heads, makes
mounting up the Alt, AC, etc., a little bit harder to scavenge parts for, but
most of the brackets are available aftermarket.
The combustion chambers are probably 62-64cc's, meaning with flat top
pistons in your 350, you'll be in the area of 10.25-10.5:1 CR, little high
for a mild motor, you can open them up some, but it'd probably be best to go
with a dished piston to get you in the 9-9.3:1 range, instead of messing with
the chambers too much.
The heads are worth a pile to the right folks, I sold a set of 461's (not
461x's) for $150.00, bare in need of rebuild, so don't give'em away.
