The 292 flywheel does not need special balance.  It uses a neutral
balance flywheel, just like the other straight 6 and most older v-8
Chevy engines.  Some of the 292s had a different flange setup, with
larger bolts and 3 dowels instead of just one.

The only Chevy flywheels that do need to be balanced to match the crank
are the 400 small block, 454, and the 87-newer V-8s and 4.3 V-6s with
the small crank flange.  Actually, these don't need to be balanced with
the crank, they just need to be the correct flywheel, as they have a
counteweight that affects engine balance.
