If it starts to fire off, seems like timing or plug wire routing would be
an issue, verify the motor has #1 at TDC, make sure the rotor is pointing
just shy to the right, looking down) of the #1 sparkplug wire on the cap,
then follow the routing around clockwise, verifying the firing order is
correct, and each goes to the correct plug.
