Bill, since I wrote the reply, several things have happened:
1. Got the go-ahead to submit the insurance claim to Lloyds of London to get
most of my $$ back.
2. Got the offending seller kicked off e-bay (buying or selling)
3. Also got him kicked off AOL.
I'm currently working with the consumer trouble shooting team with a Phoenix TV
station to put some
pressure on the guy. He picked the wrong person to rip off.
