If what you decide is right for your personal property is contained within
the bounds of your personal property, then I agree in full.  If you start
dumping used motor oil into the creek that runs through your 'personal
property' and it kills fish and wildlife on your neighbors 'personal
property' then that is a whole different ball game.  The same thing goes
for excess smoke from burning too much oil, or other pollution problems.
That stuff does not tend to stay on ones 'personal property' and we all
have to breath the yellow gunk that passes for air.  At that point
something should be done, even if it has to be done by government
bureaucrats trying to protect us from ourselves.  I'm not saying that all
government bureaucrats are good (far from that), but on the other hand not
everything pushed by the government or the EPA in particular is bad.

Anyone who wants to flame me for my opinion, please email me direct and
lets get back to old trucks.
