As an ex-auto repair shop owner, I would go file papers at the BBB. These kind
of people give the honest shops a bad name and reputation. It is too easy to
make honest money in an auto repair shop. How do those guys sleep at night? A
letter from an attorney should wake him up some and he NEEDS it!
