Dave,
Just so happens that I am sitting here with a 1970 Motors Manual... , page
2-120, says that six cyl engines available in 1964 were 194 cu, 120 hp;230 cu,
140 hp and 230 cu, 155 hp. all were 1B, bore on 120 hp was 3.5635" where as bore
on 140 and 155 hp were 3.875". All strokes were 3.25", compression 8.5; ...Not
sure what contributed to the 155 hp, perhaps cam?

Don't know about inter connect-ability....in a fine AD Truck! :)

I met a guy at a local car show yesterday who had just replaced the inline 6
in his Biscayne with a V8. He is not sure of the size of the 6, but said it
ran well and was low mileage(60K). Does anyone know what sixes were original
with a 64 Biscayne and if they would bolt up to my 49 3600? Would it bolt up
to my stock 4-speed tranny?
Thanks,
Dave Camp
