Tom,
Welcome to the list. I am sure that you will find the answers to most all
of your questions. Above all, don't be afraid to ask. As to the
abbreviations, just ask what they are as you see them and someone or many
will respond.
TF = Task Force trucks, these were the trucks that were built starting in
the second half of the 1955 model year thru 1959 model year.
