The '59's did not have 4 way flashers.  These weren't installed until 
1967.  Turn signals were a dealer installed option and not covered 
in the service manual or assembly manual.  The Accessory Installation 
Manual covers the turn signals with wiring diagrams etc.  I got my 
reproduction accessory manual from Chevy Duty, and I'm sure other 
vendors have it too.  Mine is for a '57, but the trucks should be 
the same through 59.
