The Chevy trucks have a partial VIN stamped on the frame, near the
steering box, and back under the cab.  It has the year, plant,and 6
digit sequential numbers, but not the model (which is evident from
looking at the frame).  ie:  59L123456   but it's missing the first part
of the vin, in this case 3B
