Thanks, Bill, your experience sounds like the path I plan to try. My 1/2 ton
'55 Cameo has 6 leaves on the front and the optional 7 leaf rear. Removing
#3 and #5 on the front, and perhaps #3, 5 and 7 on the rear might be just the
ticket. The good part seems to be that if it does not seem right, I can put
it back and try again.
