for the formula to work correctly to calc MPH or RPM you have to use the
CIRCUMFRENCE of the tire expressed in the same language you use for
miles-ie: inches, feet, yard, leagues, fathoms.. all converted correctly so
that a mile is expressed as a division of the outside distance of the tire
thread as it rolls down the road...
