I bought an assortment at the parts store, it's made by Dorman, which is
a common brand name for hardware at "real" parts stores (ie. those
stores that are closed on Sunday). This assortment took some work to
find in their catalog, and includes coarse thread nuts, bolts, and
washers from 1/4" to 5/8" diameter, and lengths up to about 2.5" to 3".
