I just bought a parts truck. Its a 1954 Chevy 3100. My suburban is a 1st
series '55 GMC. I know the grill and hood (and the bed) are different between
the two trucks, and the radiator is mounted in a different location, and the
hood latch is different and so is the dash.
But what about the fenders? If I treat this thing as a parts truck instead of
a new project I'd like to use its fenders on the oldsub. But I don't know if
those Chevy fenders will even work on my GMC. Does anyone know?
Also, I've been maintaining a web site about my OldSub, and its adventures or
miss-adventures, and thought I'd let everyone have a chance to laugh with (or
at) me...
