    Also, there's a "new" October 2002 issue ( Volume 11, NO. 10 ) of Classic
Trucks out with an article on CPP's ( Classic Performance Products )
affordable P/S alternative, using a late-model column and box, but original
solid axle and steering arm ( but modified ). Box is from a 69-87 Chevy 2wd
pickup with power steering. Only one bit of welding required, the article
says, to the steering box mounting tab, the rest utilizes basic tools.
Other AOI ( articles of interest ) include dyeing interior vinyl and
plastic, installing custom crossmembers, and Fat Bar rear suspension install
( not necessarily on a Chevy or 47-59 year, I haven't even READ the darn
thing, just got married this past weekend, gosh-darn it! LOL ),
so it'll be bedtime reading material. That's my contribution for the
day/week. Later, people,

Jerry the new husband in Virginia ( with 17 AMC cars and one lone '55 TF
Suburban....)
oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959
