Hi Steve,
Without modifying the frame we would only gain about 1" by
splitting and narrowing the crossmember. Its something we
might have to do if we can't find wheels with a deeper offset.
One question I do have still, are the 3/4 ton roters 12" in
diameter? I specified a 3/4 ton front end when I talked to the
guy but I didn't actually see the truck that he cut the
assembly from. Just wondering if a 1 ton might be wider and
could that be what our problem is?
