The problem with oletrucks leaving the state got to be such a big issue that
the state legislature mandated the Co-Jack program. Transmitters were
installed in all pre-'60 trucks earlier this year by the D.O.T. and activate
when they get near a highway border. (Remember that big antenna on top of
Raton Pass?) But it only affects Chevys and GMCs. Things like #ords,
junkswagens, model Ts, Sopwith Camels, etc aren't covered. It surprised
everyone when the governor signed it since he's originally from Texas.
Probably some lawyer type who's allergic to dirt. So consider yourselves
warned.

But Dave only watches Raton pass, so if you stay off of I-25 south you don't
have to worry about him.

BOB,
Look in the archives for subject line in the 29 Aug 2003 time frame for
answers to all your questions. Sorry but AZ weasels are also on the
Colorado persona non gratta list so you have to stay home with your nose
pressed against the window and just be happy watching cuz you can't come out
and play. Too bad that you let all of your trucks leak out of your borders.
These auctions are for Natives (that means born here) only. Anyway, I
doubt that you could sneak past the Shiermeister at the border so don't even
try. ;-)
