[oletrucks] Gearbox shaft removal

I have a 55 2nd series and I'm taking the cab off the frame.  The last thing
to be disconnected is the gearbox steering shaft.  I can't figure out how
the shaft disconnects from the gearbox.  Looks like there is a outer tub
that needs to come out that doesn't want to budge.  What is the best way to
remove this?
