Most m/c's comes with the instructions but you basically plug the output 
ports, they usually come with small plastic threaded plugs already in the 
ports. Fill it with fluid and slowly press the plunger and watch for air 
bubbles to rise in the brake fluid, after a few pumps you'll see no more 
air bubbles and the movement of the plunger will get very firm. Check with 
the instruction that come with the m/c, it'll probably give instructions.
