[oletrucks] 57 Truck heater question

Will, I have been enjoying driving my nearly complete 57 3100 for the past few
weeks, but how the weather here in Southern Indiana is turning cold...I turned
the blower on yesterday and it made lots of noise, but didn't move much air
(if any).  The heater is a stock non-deluxe heater with a round heater
core....any suggestions on how to get some hot air out of this box?
