chevy still used round heaters?
in AD trucks all round heaters are aftermarket.
anyway... lots of air an no heat always means low coolant flow as the
air releases the heat off the coil faster than the water in the coil
can replace it.
make sure your coolant is full, air is bled, no leaks in system, and
maybe try to find a 2 speed heater switch(designed SPECIFICALLY for
heaters) as the amp load is tremendous.

if you are getting high blower speeds with little/zero air movement
then its either a rats nest blocking airflow OR your squirrel cage is
slipping on the shaft.
both events usually mean full dissasembly to access the cage to etierh
release rats nest or tighten/replace set screw.
